Mott-Smith Laniloa is in a convenient, quiet location of Makiki, close to private & public schools, shopping and restaurants. It is a well-managed, maintained and secure building with recently updated amenities within the last several years: swimming pool and deck, whirlpool/hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, recreation room, multiple BBQ areas, putting green with 24 hour security and resident manager. Building was just completely painted with new piping and spalling replaced. Assigned covered parking, stall #160 on first floor of garage with ample guest parking. This upper floor, 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has two large enclosed lanais, providing mountain views of Punchbowl, surrounding area and a peak-a-boo ocean view. Condo unit is located in the "cool" side of the building with drop down shades on both lanais. Larger lanai can be used as additional living space with room for a punee bed (day bed).
