First Open House April 2, 9:30-11:30 AM. You'll find this charming, clean building and unit in Honolulu's Makiki neighborhood. On the top of the building, this 3rd floor unit is breezy and cool and has a nice view of the gardens and pool area from it's screened in lanai. It's close to a neighborhood park, a weekly farmers market, restaurants, the University of Hawaii, shopping and everything Honolulu has to offer. The building's surrounding gardens are beautifully maintained with palms and hibiscus flowers and there's a pool and BBQ for residents to enjoy organized get together's that develop a sense of community. The bedroom has air conditioning and the unit also comes with a large floor-to-ceiling storage locker on site, perfect for extra boxes, bins or beach gear. A car wash stall is available for residents. Two parking stalls: this unit comes with one deeded parking stall and the owners have been renting a second stall, which could transfer to a new owner.
